Sports and Recreation:
Athletics
play a key role in a child’s development. They teach children to follow rules, take
turns, win and lose, develop discipline, compete, and advocate for themselves.
Participation in sports provides opportunities to work together as a team, develop
camaraderie and feel a sense of belonging.
Our programs provide
trained mentors to assist children with special needs and are designed to provide a
noncompetitive and supportive environment that accommodates children of all ability
levels. Please contact us at mvtpec@aol.com
with questions, suggestions, or to volunteer your time or assistance with these programs.
